Passengers using West Midlands Railway (WMR) services around Worcester will be able to give their views about timetables and the trains used on services from the city at a Meet the Manager event at Worcester Foregate Street station on Wednesday, July 17.
Senior WMR staff will be at the station from 4.30pm to 6.30pm to get feedback about the impact of the May timetable changes and hear where passengers think improvements can be made on services to Birmingham and Hereford..
The company has made a number of changes this week to address problems of overcrowding on some services and says it plans to make further alterations in December, but new trains for the Birmingham-Worcester-Hereford route will not be delivered until next year.
