Due to the deteriorating conditon of the existing running-in nameboard on the platform at Pershore station, the CLPG has commissioned a replacement.
The Great Western Railway-style board has been made by the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Steam Railway’s workshops at Toddington, near Broadway.
A delegation from the CLPG recently paid a visit to Toddington to inspect the finished board before it is installed at Pershore.

Arrangements are being made with GWR’s Cotswold Line stations team for the new board to be put in place as soon as possible.
